“No huge crowd in the waiting room, which is comfortable and very clean. Dr. Alam didn’t rush and still took the time to listen. He seemed genuinely concerned for me and was very pleasant and helpful. The front desk and the MA were also very nice. It was easy to get an appointment when I wanted. I highly recommend Dr. Alam.”

He is taking the approach I believe is appropriate for my condition: a slow and careful prednisone taper, laboratory monitoring when clinically necessary, and a clear opportunity to contact him if I experience a flare.
